Fusion 360 CNC nested and ready for manufacture plans.
These plans have been based on the B&C supplied DXF drawings, but modelled up by us in Fusion360 CAD.
We have modified the "dog bone" cuts from being quite unattractive and unnecessarily large, to now suit a 6mm cutter and have oriented them so that they are less visible.
These plans call for 3x sheets of 15mm stock material such as birch ply.
We have nested the parts in such a way that the wood grain of the individual parts is consistent.
These plans are tried and tested by us although dado/rebate negative stock to leave will need to be considered depending on the variations of your stock material.
After making payment for these plans you will be Emailed the Fusion .f3d file.
